MMBecome a mentor

We believe in the transformative power of mentorship. When you become a mentor, you're not just giving your time—you’re sharing your unique wisdom, experiences, and insights to help unlock potential and guide the next generation toward success.

Our mentorship program is structured around carefully planned cycles to maximize impact. We ensure that each round features a well-balanced panel, reflecting a diverse range of ethnicities, roles, and career paths. We work to demystify the breadth of opportunities within the arts and creative industries, ensuring that every mentee has access to a wide array of experiences and expertise and can see their skillsets reflected.

We are always excited to welcome new Mentors to our family. The more mentors we have, the more mentees we can reach and extend our collective impact even further. Together, we can help shape the future of the arts and creative sectors.
